2. Server log data

When the website is accessed, technical hosting and content delivery providers may process the IP address, date and time of the request, requested page or file, transferred data volume, status code, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

Purpose: secure and reliable operation of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention: only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis, followed by deletion or anonymisation.

3. Contact form and email

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and consent status to handle your request. The information is transmitted directly from your browser to the FormSubmit form delivery service and forwarded to info@carcrew.app by email. FormSubmit may also process technical connection data required to protect and operate the service.

Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries.
Recipients: FormSubmit and the email service providers involved in delivery.
Retention: FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. We retain the resulting email until the enquiry is fully resolved, subject to any legal retention duties.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use marketing or analytics trackers and does not set optional cookies. If technically necessary session data is introduced by the hosting environment, it is limited to website operation and is not used for advertising profiles.

When you follow an external link, such as the App Store, Instagram or X, the destination provider is responsible for its own data processing.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, email info@carcrew.app.
